O’Carroll joined the firm in 2003. As Vice President of NSB, he oversees
many facets of the firm’s business including acquisitions, leasing,
financing and administration. He also heads up NSB’s condominium construction
activities.Mr. O’Carroll’s background includes extensive experience in industry, finance and the law, in Europe and the United States. Prior to joining NSB he was associated with the law firm of Liner Yankelevitz Sunshine & Regenstreif, LLP, where his practice emphasized business litigation. Previously he was associated with the firm of Kulik, Gottesman & Mouton, LLP, where his practice focused on business litigation and transactions. Earlier he worked in the European headquarters of Ford Motor Co. Ltd., in the United Kingdom. There he was involved in a wide range of financing-related functions, including controlling the impact of exchange rates on material costs, developing pricing strategies for new vehicles, and working on Ford’s major capital expenditure plans in Europe. Mr. O’Carroll is a graduate of the University of York in England (Bachelor of Arts, with Honors, 1986.) As an undergraduate he also studied at Vassar College in New York, as a York Scholar. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1996, and is an active member of the State Bar of California. |
