Glenn Freeman, who joined NSB Associates in 1988, oversees the management and leasing of over 2.5 million square feet of NSB’s office, industrial and retail properties. He also directs all tenant improvements from space planning through tenant occupancy. Mr. Freeman is also responsible for NSB’s outside asset management division.

Before joining NSB Associates, Mr. Freeman headed his own real estate company from 1985 to 1988 specializing in commercial and residential real estate brokerage and management. Prior to 1985, he was Vice President of Property Acquisition and Management for one of Southern California’s leading residential builders, Marlbrough Development Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Olympia & York.

Mr. Freeman received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge. He is a licensed California real estate broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
